Meet your doula

i was inspired to become a doula after the births of my own children OVERSEAS in france and spain.

MY journey to becoming a BIRTH doula

After giving birth to both of my children overseas and experiencing the invaluable support of a virtual doula throughout my pregnancies and births, I discovered a deep calling to become a doula myself. During my pregnancies, I developed a profound interest in the incredible ways our bodies work to create and nurture life, as well as the intricacies of labor and delivery. I had two empowering yet distinct birth experiences, thanks in large part to the exceptional support of my doula and, of course, my husband, who was an outstanding birth partner. My doula provided unwavering emotional and physical support, helping me navigate the challenges and fears of giving birth in foreign countries. This experience solidified my belief that I was meant to support other families on their own journeys, whether virtually or in person.

In the Spring of 2024, during my maternity leave with my daughter, I began my doula training. I am deeply honoured to be a part of other families’ journeys as they embark on this beautiful new adventure.

When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, working out (very into pilates lately), playing basketball, watching a good television series, or reading a good book.
