  • On-call for labor and birth support from 38 weeks onwards.

  • Unlimited text support postpartum and lactation support if needed.

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR JULY TO SEPTEMBER BIRTHS IN OTTAWA/CHELSEA/GATINEAU REGION

  • 2 prenatal sessions.

  • Unlimited text support throughout your pregnancy.

  • On-call for labor and birth support from 38 weeks onwards.

  • Support for 2 hours following the birth.

  • 1 postpartum visit.

  • Unlimited text support postpartum and lactation support if needed.

  • 1 nutrient-dense meal and snack delivered to your home.

Investment: $1200 CAD

  • 4 classes given virtually at your convenience. In-person classes may be offered as well.

  • Includes virtual handouts and resources.

    Curriculum:

    1) The Journey of Pregnancy

    2) The Birth Process and Medical Options

    3) Comfort Measures and Common Procedures

    4) Postpartum and Newborn Care

PERINATAL NUTRITION EXPERTISE

  • Fertility: Guidance on how to best fuel your body to optimize fertility.

  • Pregnancy: Nutrition strategies to support you and your growing baby.

  • Postpartum: Customized plans to promote recovery and sustain energy and milk production (if chest/breastfeeding).

Investment: $120 CAD per month which includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss client history, concerns and goals.

  • 1 nutrition plan outlining optimal nutrient needs, foods I recommend to focus on and others to avoid or limit, etc.

  • 2 customized weekly meal plans containing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas and recipes.

  • Unlimited text support for the month

  • 2 x 30 min check-in call.
